How we install a shingle roof

Tear-off: we remove the old roofing down to the decking.

Decking check: any rotted or damaged plywood is replaced so the new roof has a solid base.

Peel-and-stick underlayment: self-adhered underlayment acts as a secondary water barrier if shingles are ever damaged in a storm.

Architectural shingles: we install quality shingles, such as GAF, in the color you choose.

Finishing details: new flashing, vents and drip edge, plus gutters and fascia repair when needed.

Cleanup: the job site is cleaned and checked for nails before we leave.
